"Easy reports, no fuss"
I mostly use d2c.io to keep an eye on store numbers, and it’s been straightforward. The dashboard isn’t crammed with a bunch of extra stuff, so I can usually find sales and traffic info without clicking around forever.

The reports are clear enough for my weekly check-ins. I like that I don’t have to export everything or dig through a bunch of menus just to figure out what changed or what needs attention.

I do wish there were more custom views, since a few reports feel a little locked in. But overall it’s been useful, and I end up checking it often. Anyway

"Works fine, but hard to justify the price"
It does what it’s supposed to do for the most part, but I expected a bit more for the cost. The features feel basic compared to what you’re paying. I also got stuck in a frustrating support loop when I had a question, where I kept getting passed around without a clear answer. It’s not a terrible product, but between the price and the support experience, it’s hard for me to say it’s worth it

I had an issue getting my account set up and wasn’t sure where to start. Support got back to me faster than I expected and fixed it without turning it into a big hassle. I’m really happy with how they handled it, and I think other customers would appreciate how straightforward and easy the whole process was

"Could barely customize anything"
I was disappointed. I thought I’d be able to tweak things more, but the customization options were way too limited. On top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which just made the whole thing more frustrating

"Not really as useful as I was hoping"
I gave d2c.io a try because I was hoping it would make a few parts of my workflow a little smoother, or at least save me some time on the small repetitive things I deal with. After using it for a bit, though, I felt like most of the features were more limited than I expected. There are definitely tools available on the site, so it’s not like it does nothing, but for the way I work, they didn’t really feel like they added much or helped me do anything that I couldn’t already handle another way without too much trouble.

The site itself worked fine for me and I didn’t have any major technical issues, but I think I just went in expecting something more practical and more immediately useful. Maybe it’s a better fit for people with different needs or a different kind of setup, but in my case, I didn’t feel like the features were strong enough or helpful enough to keep coming back to it. It wasn’t terrible, just not really something I found worth sticking with...

"I’ve been using it for a while now..."
I’ve been using it for a while now, i can’t remember if it’s been a few weeks or a couple months, but the integrations have just kept working. No random breaks so far, which is really all I was hoping for.

"Still not sure about it"
I don’t know, something about it just felt a little off to me. Maybe I’m missing something, but based on what I saw, I wouldn’t really feel comfortable trusting it too much.

"Delivery was fine, just a little slow"
My order did show up, but it came a bit later than I was expecting. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, "it’s on the way and should arrive soon," which was nice enough, but I was still hoping it would get here faster. Overall, everything was okay, just not super quick.

The updates weren’t very helpful. Vague. I felt like I had to keep asking for more details just to understand what was going on.

I’ve been using d2c.io for a little while now, and overall the dashboard has been solid. I’m personally a little biased toward tools that don’t make me wait around, so the fact that pages usually load quickly is a big plus for me.

What I like most is that the main stats are right there without needing to dig through a bunch of menus. Switching between sections feels painless, which is something I notice a lot because slow dashboards get on my nerves fast.

There were maybe one or two times where a chart took a bit longer to refresh, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I’d give it 4 stars because it works well and feels easy to use, though I do think a few areas could still be a little smoother

"Clear billing, but basic overall"
I appreciated that the bills were straightforward and there weren’t any weird surprise charges, which is always a relief. That said, the billing details felt a little bare-bones at times, so I wouldn’t have minded a bit more explanation here and there. Overall, no major complaints on the billing side.

"Decent way to get started"
D2C did help us get online quicker and try out some sales, but it didn’t make as big of a difference for the business as we were hoping. A few things felt a bit clunky to use. It wasn’t bad, just kind of average for us

"Support swooped in way faster than expected"
I hit a little snag while setting things up and, for a second, I thought my whole afternoon was about to disappear into troubleshooting chaos. I messaged support, expecting the usual wait, but they got back to me surprisingly fast. Even better, they didn’t make it complicated or send me in circles. They actually helped, and I had it fixed the same day. So far, I’m happy with D2C.
